AP automation has become perhaps the single greatest driver of financial process efficiencies and cost-savings. With benefits ranging from improved invoice visibility, reduced invoice-to-pay lifecycles, and the elimination of manual paper handling, it’s hard to understand why an organization would NOT consider it. Yet many companies still struggle to build a business case for AP automation, specifically within their IT departments – a group already burdened with applications for which ROI is elusive.
